Hi! This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm
going to show you how to make coconut shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce. We're
back. Let me tell you about the shrimp. We're going to put it in a batter. You're going
to put the coconut. We're going to deep fry it, so it's going to be a fried crispy on
the outside tender shrimp, beautiful on the inside texture. With that crunchy and the
hotness of the coconut. It's also sweetened coconut. My aunt used to make this great,
great orange marmalade sauce. You can use orange marmalade. You can use different types
of marmalade. Apricot. We're going to use orange marmalade today. We're going to fill
up a nice portion of that in a cup. We'll make a nice bowl of it. Go out and get yourself
some orange marmalade. You're going to need some Tabasco sauce. You're going to need some
honey. You're going to need some juice of a lemon, and also some orange juice. What's
great about this though is because we put this in it, Dijon mustard. It's sweet meets
the sour or spicy, and it gives it that nice something that when you dip that hot shrimp
in this apricot sauce, it's magic. It's beautiful. When I get back, we're going to start putting
it all together. I'm going to show you the hardware next when we get back. It's coconut
shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce here on Expert Village.
