Global Citizen Year - Chan mi joo's summer campaign

My name is Chan Mi Joo and I'm a graduate from Service High School Next fall I will be attending Emory University but prior to then-- this fall-- I'll actually be going to Ecuador for eight-months through a program called Global Citizen Year. Global Citizen Year is a gap-year program that creates leaders from High School seniors all over America. and basically we go to Ecuador, Senegal, or Brazil and we do some sort of apprenticeship. I'm hoping, personally, to be able to take part in a medical apprenticeship perhaps in a hospital or clinic in a rural environment.
