One essential feature to have full control of your business is reporting. Take advantage
of ours like this.
In the reports section, you can generate detailed reports on everything saved in the system,
from bookings, to drivers and accounts.
Once your report has been generated, the information can be exported to a PDF, CSV file (spreadsheets)
or saved to Google Drive. To do this, click 'Save/Export'.
When you first open Reports, you'll see a list of all your bookings on the left hand
side. To filter the information you want to capture, click the small arrow in the 'Search
here' box on the top left for the filters to drop down (see screenshot below).
Use the relevant filters to display the results you want; for example, show all bookings from
one client account for the month of April. The results will display in a list below.
You can use 'Status' ( i.e. only Completed jobs), 'Driver' (to show a particular driver's
completed jobs), and date range (fiscal year, calendar month, calendar week or custom).
To set a date 'From' and 'To', select 'Custom' in the Date Range. If you have a filter that
you will use in future, you can 'Save Filter' and create a label for it.
These will be displayed when you select 'Filters' in the dropdown menu.
We can select all the bookings in the system by checking the "select all" box and choosing
whether to print on vertical or horizontal alignment.
In the "fields" section you can create a standard or customised report. Let us show you a trick:
when you customise a pdf report you can add only a certain number of fields, however if
you generate a csv you can add as many fields as you like.
Once you have generated the report and selected between PDF or CSV, you can export it to google
drive or download it and save it, for example, on your desktop.
