Hi Everyone from Paolo and Welcome back to CiboDentro Chanel
Today we make an easy and quick cake
no bake
It has s a cookies and cocoa base
Glazed with cream and nutella
Start mixing 200 g of sugar
to 50 g of cocoa (unsweetened)
Once joint the powders add a glass of water
a bit 'at a time
and if you want a little of rum
add 150 g of butter
let boil and after 5-6 minutes switch off
and let cool 15 minutes
infact we need this mix to drench
the broken cookies
and if we don’t let it cool we’ll have a squashy mix
So broke 400 g of cookies with your hands
Notice that with this doses we’ll get a cake
Or Narrow and high
Or large but short
And if you want it large and high double the doses
Once the mix is cool
Add it to the cookies and mix well
To get an homogeneous mix (as far as possible)
Add a couple of hazelnuts handful and mix
As you can see with this mix, in a 26 cm diameter pan
Is maximum 2 cm high
And since i want a high cake
Put it in 16 cm diameter pan
Then add 2 nutella spoon and the same amount of cream
100 g and 100 g will be enought
Getting a sort of “nutella ganache”
With which I’ll cover the cake
After 1 hour in the fridge get the cake out of the pan
And with 2 long knives move it to a grid
I used the one supplied in the microwave oven
But you can use the oven grid keeping it rised
With some glasses for example
Pour the cream over the cake
And spead the cream with a spoon
Above and to the sides
To fully cover the cake of cream
With the hazelnuts left decorate the cake
Simply put them in line following the cake’s edge
It makes a very simple but for me very nice effect
And is connected with the nutella idea…or other nut cream
Of any other brand of course
The cake is solid but not hard
And it mix well with the soft cover
Would be nice a little of rhum like I said
..but up to you…
I leave you with 2 cake tips at the end of this video
And as usual I wish you fun to those who are going to repeat this cake
And mostly enjoy to those who eat it!
