Warner Bros Games Europe com. Extract from the French TV show "Tracks" (Arte February 2011): "High in the moutains of the Hautes Alpes region, Raphaël Hernandez and Savitri Joly-Gonfard, not yet 30 years old, taught themselves special effects. Their monumental work is called "Kaydara", a middle length film of 55 minutes inspired by the Wachowskis' films. From a studio set amidst a vast landscape of mountains and fields, Hernandez and Joly-Gonfard spent six years creating the first visual effects studio at high altitude. To make "Kaydara", the two autodidacts achieved 3d effects that would have otherwise required hundreds of specialists to create. At times requiring effects comprised of a single continuous image, the basement studio was often in operation 24 hours a day, fixing these James Camerons of amateur cinema to their own virtual world.""Kaydara represents to us an exercise in style. While staying true to a visual and narrative structure we did not create but that we hold in the highest regard, the film is a way for us to express our true personalities and vision: it is a fan film not made by fans!"Savitri JOLY-GONFARD / Raphaël HERNANDEZNOTES DE PRODUCTION Warner Bros . - Warner Bros Pictures - Warner Bros Games (EU) MY DRAFT .
