Hey, this is Chris Wise in Machu Picchu. As you can see it’s beautiful, we just hiked
up this hill and it’s just awesome, beautiful, amazing and there’s one thing that I’ve
been thinking about as I’ve been talking with the, with the group of people here, it’s
how old do you want to live? And that’s a question that I’m asking you right now:
how old do you want to live to be? Many people when I ask them that question they’ve never
thought about it, they never, like, I dunno I’ve never thought about it. So think about
it right now, and I read, uh, I read, I read Brian Tracy’s book Maximum Achievement and
in there he put a, uh, he, he said set a goal for how long you want to live. I thought about
that and I did, and at the time it was 120, and that immediately changed how I would live
each day. It changed the types of foods that I was eating, it changed, um, you know, me
putting more importance on exercising, but more importantly it changed my mind and it
changed, like, how I would think about, uh, you know, how old I wanted to live and just
the intention of that age, and whenever you set a goal, you know that that has a big impact
on, on how you reach that. So my challenge to you right now is think about how old you
want to live to be, set a goal and magical things will happen.
