What Can a Company Do to Encourage Customers to be More Loyal to Their Brands?

I think that they should continue to make really good products and I think that the more they get-- they get a sample of the product into a person’s hand, they’re-- you know, the person’s able to see what it does and see for themselves, as opposed to just telling them that, “Oh, this is gonna be good for you,” without the person knowing whether or not it will be. What I would want to see is that they actually ask for more input. I mean they didn’t necessarily have to send the product out, but if you got surveys and it seemed like they really cared about what people wanted to see or wanted to experience from their product, then it would make a difference because it felt like you had an input and it made a difference.
