Most of our oil has evaporated so then we want to hit this with some white wine and
that will keep it from scorching and that will also add some nice flavor. Now we want
to go and scrape up these brown bits because there is a lot of flavor in that and you don't
want to discard them we actually want to keep them in here. We will then take our lemon
juice and we will add that as well and we'll let this come back up to a simmer and add
about a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. We are going to take a very small bunch of our oregano
and we will give this a quick dice and then we will add it in here with our carrots, onions,
garlic, and cayenne.
