Well, I'm excited but I'm also really nervous. Because I know this is kind of my big break
I have like, spent this entire year thinking of what I was going to do and actually making
it.
Just realizing, I've made this entire thing by myself, from scratch,
I really wanted to make my construction much better.
It's going to be so worth all the hard work that I've done so far
I decided that I look deeper into who I am as a designer
If we were to talk to anyone in another major who wasn't a design major we'd talk about
"oh I'm having all these problems with this seam," or "there's so much puckering!" and,
no one would get that. Only the people who are in there, working on the same stuff, would
know exactly how we're feeling.
I've done fashion shows in the past but they've never been this big. So I know there are going
to be a lot people there, people from the industry who are going to be looking at my
work up close and on the runway. And so, its nerve-wracking but at the same time its really
exciting and I'm really just looking forward to the time when I can finish my last look
and see it on the runway.
It's going to be this sense of relief that I am finally done with what I wanted to do.
Now that I am finally done with my collection, I'm just ready to see the show.
