Alright for airplane aerobics another move that you can do is to make your way out in
the aisle whenever possible. So you're going to stand up work your way into the aisle and
then we're going to do some leg extensions. This is another good move for pushing the
blood back up into your upper body. So stand up if you've got good balance use your balance
if not hold on to something or somebody. Bring your knee up and then straighten your toe
out and flex your thigh and bring it down. There you go. This is a good upper leg movement
and it's also going to help to keep the blood circulating through your body. We recommend
that you do thirty on your left leg and thirty on your right leg. If you get really good
try doing thirty on both legs at the same time. Just kidding.
