Eid 100, I’ve come to educate you on the importance of sleep. Because we are getting
close to finals and exams and other crazy things in life because
summer is getting hear. We need to sleep! And no one is
sleeping! This why sleeping is good. So, I found out it improves your memory which is
good because exams are coming up. 10 hours a night for
7-8 weeks will improve your stamina if you are an athlete.
Less sleep makes you do worse in school which makes sense because all you can think about
is your nice, warm bed and not pay attention in class.
Lack of sleep also results in ADHD like symptoms I know
personally I have experienced this *laughs*. Hyperactivity, seeing things in the corner
of your eye that aren’t really there and just being irritable
and crazy. If you are a dieter you’ll also lose more
weight if you get mote sleep because the same part of your brain
that controls hunger also controls sleep, so if one is rested the other one will be
as well. You’ll be more alert if you sleep; there will be less accidents,
you won’t crash into people when you’re tired, fall down
on the train. There will be less depression which makes
sense because you won’t be so cranky and irritated and there
will be less stress overall. So the moral of the story is sleep. Even if you want to
get the deadline done, you have a big project, just sleep! It’s
not the end of the world, get your hours in. 7 hours at the
minimum, try to aim for 8 to 10. Just do it in the morning, nothing’s that bad!
