Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you a stretch
that increases flexibility in your lower back area. It is a more advanced stretch so you
want to be warmed up or having them stretching for a while. What you want to do is have a
floor mat slightly cushioned,
lay on the mat, bring your feet up slowly and place them as close as you can to your
ear. You will feel the stretch immediately in your lower back area. This stretch is known
as the yoga plow and it is amazing.
