Hi my name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga teacher at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburg Pennsylvania.
And I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you to demonstrate and to teach you
some inversions. Approach or stand, let's go into pal pose. So first coming to bridge,
then coming into half shoulder stand , coming into full shoulder stand and when you're ready
keeping the big toes touching go ahead and drop the feet to the floor behind you. Then
keep the chin and forehead parallel to the floor. You can stay here or you can interlace
the hands and bring them back, and little pinkies, to the floor. Stay here for a few
breaths and when you are ready to fall the pose bring the hands to the hips, and bring
the feet back towards the hips and slowly lower back down.
