Make Me Blush - Makeup tutorial with carolyn.k beauty books

Hi, I'm Nadira and these are Carolyn.K London's Beauty Books. This one is Make Me Blush, an all in one blush palette, which includes a bronzer, translucent powder, blushes and a highlighter, plus a full set of instructions on how to achieve looks like a soft flush, a bronzed glow or contoured cheeks. I'm going to start with a healthy glow on Lucy, so I'm going to take the bronzer colour, just tap off any excess, and just sweep that across the areas first where the sun would naturally hit the face. You can see how you instantly get colour on the face. The pigments are so high and there's so much density to them that as soon as you put it on the skin, it's on. So there we go, instant glow there. Now I'm going to take a smaller brush to highlight. Just going to use this bone shade, again tap off the excess, and I'm going to apply it to the upper parts of the face where we just want to get a little bit of glow and highlight. I'm also going to take that under the brow bone, which will really open up the eyes and just a little bit on the bridge of the nose also. Finally, I'm going to take a slightly larger blush brush and use the peach shade to give a nice flush of colour to the cheeks. If I just pop the colour on first, you can see how that's so instant. The impact is there. And there you go; a lovely healthy glow with a lovely splash of colour to the cheeks.
