Insights into Rosh Hashanah with Yehuda Berg.
What should a student expect to feel on Rosh Hashanah?
Feelings are interesting.
Sometimes you feel great and maybe you didn't connect,
and sometimes you don't feel as great and
you have connected.
And I remember Rav Brandwein
telling the Rav, telling Abba,
it's about connecting.
It's not necessarily about how we feel
afterwards or before or during.
Part of Rosh Hashanah is,
we cry and it's emotional and
part of Rosh Hashanah is just like a blast and a party
and we do this connection between deep emotions
and connecting deeply, to just being happy
around with everyone.
And I think we have that
combination of our own internal work and depthness
and crying, and the singing
and dancing that we do a lot.
And if you come to us,
it's different than,
it's a part party, part you know connection,
part just like flowing and... it's a unique experience.
Especially if you haven't done it.
And if you have, you know what it is and we could do even more.
