bjbj Mike Chang: Hey, what's up guys? This is Mike for you from Six Pack Short Cuts.
I am with Daniel Rose. We are about to show you an awesome cool abs workout. Three exercises
to go ahead and finish up your workout for today. Dan: So today we are going to do ten
repetitions of toe touches with the medicine ball, ten V-Sits and ten what we call triangles.
So basically we are going to do this back to back. We should do three sets of the whole
workouts, to really get your abs burned and a great way to actually work out. Mike: Alright.
Let s do it. So here we go, three exercises back to back. We usually do about three sets.
So it's a total of about 90 repetitions and it shouldn t take more than about 7 to 8 minutes
