In this video I'm gonna talk about How to Get Your Prospects
to Choose You when your company is on page one
of Google. Stay tuned.
For those that you've already begun researching online marketing for your
local business
you may have heard about the importance of optimizing your web sites for Search
Engines.
Well, guess what, I'm here to tell you that Search Engine Optimization
simply isn't good enough. Yes, we do offer
Search Engine Optimization (or SEO) and as you probably know,
there are lots of other companies who offer SEO services as well
with varying degrees of success. However, there is a problem with SEO
that no other company has addressed. That problem is this—how do you get a prospect to
choose you over another company
when you finally do show up on page one of Google Search? Think about it, on a
local search in Google,
there are typically over 10 businesses that show up on page one. Let's say
your business website after a few months of SEO shows up on page one. Great,
but now how do you get a prospect to call you and do business with you
instead of a competitor? See this page right here on Google
is basically the equivalent of a Yellow Pages Heading. In a Yellow Pages Heading
you have all of your competitors in one place with ads that all say basically the same
thing.
Since the prospect can't tell who offers the best value, they simply pick up the
the phone like I mentioned earlier and ask "How much do you charge?"
Page one of Google is exactly the same. Since your prospect can't tell from this
page or another page or any individual websites which company offers the best
value,
they simply click on each website and then call you or email you
and ask the same dreaded question. You then feel forced to compete on price
