Introduction to Youtube's Campaign Paradiso

Sometime between the mid and late 21st century, a wormhole is discovered in the vacinity of earth. Space agencies from the US, European Union, and Russia agree to combine their effort to study the wormhole, acknowledging its potential to allow for interstellar travel. Project "Dawn", as the collaboration will be known, is broken into three phases. The first step is to send a deep space probe into the worm hole to search for a suitable planet on the other side and provide proof that interstellar space communication is possible. It is a success and the planet the probe finds on the other side of the wormhole is cristened "Dawn" after the name of the project. Step two, create a huge space vessal, named the "Ariadna", as both a military and science vessel to secure and lay the ground work for earth colonization. This phase is also a success. The third and final phase of the project is to create a second space vessal, designed as a supply ship with volunteers to inhabit the distant planet. This second craft is called the "Aurora". However, the Aurora never makes it to the planet as the wormhole collapses around it. With the collapse of the wormhole, Earth space agencies are unable to contact the aurora, the ariadna, and have no way of reaching the lost colonies. The failure of Project Dawn is the lynch pin that will bring about the fall of the Economic Super powers on Earth. On a planet that would be later named Paradiso, the Aurora sets down. Unable to find the Ariadna, the Aurora's crew is filled with confusion of the space/time continum, did they arrive at the wrong location or the wrong time. Soon, none of this will matter as colonists begin disappearing. Wildlife on the planet and the inability for the colonists to keep the jungle from advancing on the Aurora space craft become the assumed conclusion of the missing colonists. However, environment is not the main reason that the colonists are losing numbers. A different extra terrestrial species had arrived on Paradiso, the Tohaa. Over the coming months and years, the Tohaa (who are losing a war against the Combined Army), will begin experimenting with on the unsuspecting crew of the Aurora. Part of this experimentation will include a highly contagious infection that will leave the colonists in a mindless zombie state. It is now that the colonists realize they are not alone. Acting as some of the infected, colonists successfully track down the Tohaa encampment and destroy it. Fearing that they cannot maintain a war against both the Combined Army and Humanity, the Tohaa have chosen to eradicate the entire colony and leave clues that point the demise of the Aurora on the Combined Army. The great manipulation is at hand. But first the Tohaa must stop the Aurora citizens from being able to make it back to their vessel.
