>> male voice-over: The Sony Blu-ray Burner
allows you to burn projects from
Adobe Premier to blu-ray discs using Adobe Encore.
Encore can also be used to burn media files from
Final Cut Pro or any other editing software.
To use the burner, simply connect one end of a USB cable
to the burner, using the port labeled "PC,"
located on the right side of the unit.
Connect the other end to the computer you are using and
power the burner on by pressing the green button
at the front left of the unit.
When Adobe Encore launches, select "New Project."
On the next screen, be sure that your preferences are set
for blu-ray discs.
Once this simple selection is set, building a blu-ray disc
in Encore is no different than building a dvd.
Once you are ready to burn, go to the "Build" tab.
At the top of that window, change the format to blu-ray.
The output should automatically change to blu-ray disc.
If the Sony Blu-ray Burner is plugged in and turned on,
it should appear under "Destination."
Insert a blank blu-ray disc
and click "Build" to start the burning process.
