So now using the same bench or if its a rock that you have or a log or whatever it is that
you found, using the same piece of equipment we're going to do triceps dips. Triceps dips
are simple, they're great, and really helps tighten up the arms. So this is a demonstration
of a triceps dip. Basically the more bent your legs are, the easier your triceps dip
is going to be. So you place your hands on the edge of the bench and you want to make
sure that your wrists are definitely nice and tight there.
Now if I want to add a different level of difficulty, I'll straighten my legs and I'll
do the dip from there.
And that's just a demonstration of how you can do triceps dips to really tighten up those
muscles in the arms anywhere.
