All the food is plant base ,with no cows milk, no meat and no eggs.
without animal cruelty. all food samples are distributed for free for educational purposes

Its "Seiwarma" - Shawarma made from seitan (wheat protein)
So its quiche without eggs? without eggs
Substituting the egg with a teaspoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of vinegar.
