Some of their designer purses are $2000 or more. I know that’s enough money to pay my rent. That’s why I’m asking before I make this investment. Louis Vuitton bags are not an investment. Putting your money in a 401K, money market fund or real estate is an investment. Louis Vuitton hand bags are a major fashion statement. They’re everywhere. Louis Vuitton is the largest luxury brand company on the planet. They are also one of the most popular brands to rip off, so many of those Louis Vuitton bags you see everywhere are fake. LV bags are collectible. People used that excuse to justify $200 beanie babies. Have you ever bought a used purse for more than $10 at a garage sale? The brand has been around for decades, but they have become a popular accessory recently. They’re a must have item. You must have food, shelter, transportation. A 1,000 purse is a luxury. There are people who save money by renting the Louis Vuitton bags by the week. They return it and rent another one, instead of spending thousands on a collection of handbags to rotate through. That’s probably cheaper than buying a bunch of handbags, though still a waste of money. Coach bags are stylish and more affordable. Coach bags lost their prestige when they started getting sold at Target. Or Tar-zhe, as people tried to call it to make it sound more upscale. Don't waste 10K on a bunch of purses that’ll go out of style soon. You could pay off your car with that money. They’ve been a staple luxury brand for decades, and their purses last a lifetime. Many Louis Vuitton bags today are made from coated canvas instead of leather. While they last longer than a lot of modern cheap bags, they won't last a lifetime like the older, leather bags. I’d like to have a professional, respectable look. You can get one classic bag that fits every occasion or several cheaper bags for formal evenings out and work. Get one that is neutral in color and – most importantly – you can afford. Fine, I’ll rent it or buy a knock-off.
