The winners this year are Soundbyte and congratulations to you guys. So Soundbyte encodes data into high frequency sound which phones can use to communicate with each other and listen to their environment. So I guess on the small scale it's useful for peer to peer sharing but as the scales get bigger it can be used in retail to replace QR codes. So someones phone in store while they're waiting for their coffee to be brewed can crew up the loyalty points. Or in broadcast media a programmer of an ad can program information into someones phone that they can pick up while the user is watching the program or ad. Looking into you know marketing and commercial development. We really need to pick some commercial opportunities and exploit them for a bit and learn about that particular environment and figure out whats really going to work really well and what we can scale. The domain of like helping people work together, helping people collaborate is a big theme of our work since we worked together on Google Wave a few years ago and so this is sort of one realisation of that and I'm sure there will be more afterwards. We love communication and collaboration, solving all problems in that domain.
