Reverse Warrior on the bosu, assume your position of Warrior I or Warrior II, bring that bend
into the knee and come back and open and hold. Now make sure you maintain integrity of the
spine, try not to arch or slant forward, but just maintain a neutral and come back, hold
and release. Make sure you switch sides, come up, plant that foot in the center of the bosu
ball, turn your back foot towards the opposite way, come up and hold back, open, center and
you can release back into Warrior II or Warrior I. Just make sure that when you do that, that
you transition from both sides so you open up both and make sure you keep a flat, nice,
neutral pelvis.
