Hi my name is Ryan Wells. I am the owner of Reef Runners located in Lindon, Utah. One
of the easiest fish to take care of would be a Damsel fish. They are very hardy. They
usually will tolerate small amounts of ammonia, small amounts of nitrates very well. A lot
of people will use these as a very first fish to start out a brand new aquarium because
they are very hardy. There are a lot of different varieties of Damsel fish. You have your yellow
tailed Damsel. You have your Four Striped Damsel, Domino Damsels, some of your other
common ones would be Yellow Bellied Damsels, Fiji Damsels, and like I said before they
are a very hardy fish. Once again most people will use these to start out their fish aquariums.
Another really easy fish that a lot of people start off with is a Clown fish. There are
a lot of varieties of Clown fish would be an Ocellaris True Percula. Ocellaris are also
known as a False Percula. You have Clarky clowns. You have Pink Skunks, Orange Skunk
Clowns. Here again they are also a cousin to your Damsel Fish. Both Damsels and Clown
fish are very good starter fish.
