[Tara Reed] Hi, I'm here with Cindy Yost at SURTEX in 2010 Cindy is going to tell us her art licensing story. So how did you find out about art licensing? [Cindy] I actually found out from a friend who had been in the licensing business for years already She encouraged me to pursue this as well. [Tara] How long have you been licensing your work? [Cindy] This is my third year here at SURTEX. [Tara] Excellent! What do you like most about it? Why do you like licensing vs. manufacturing your own things, or doing gallery work... [Cindy] I like that the designs can be produced on several different products Different things for different consumer product lines... I enjoy the fact that I get to do what I love.
