I can go to Fremont Unified School District link. It'll take me to School District's API scores. The page lists all the school scores, starting with the elementary schools, than the middle schools and finally the high schools. If I'm looking at a home in the Parkmont elementary area. I could click on Parkmont Elementary School link. It'll give me the overall score for the school for the current and previous year and demographic breakdown for the school.
