Hi, I know that you�ve been thinking about what to get for your hearing loss for some period of time. We have been talking about what some of your choices were. And, you have a very active lifestyle. You use a Bluetooth telephone. You are constantly in meetings with people and you are expected to perform at a very high-level of performance. And, I was really concerned about which thing that I could recommend to you that would do all these things. And then I thought, you know what you need to have an Alera because an Alera by ReSound is such a good piece of equipment that meets all those needs of yours. It may not be for everybody because a lot of people don�t necessarily use Bluetooth phones but there certainly is something that ReSound has for everybody. But, for you this is perfect and it�s got that nano-coating. And, I know that you play golf and you were worried about getting out there and getting too hot. And, you had tried some other type of manufacture�s hearing aid and then it had gone out of you. Will you mind telling me more? Yeah, well from number one, there�s the wind where I�m always golfing. With the other activities, you know, when I�m running I still need to be aware of what�s going on but I was always worried to wear the hearing aid due to the moisture. So, you�re telling me that this has some type of protection so the moisture should not cause problems like the other ones have? It�s the same thing that they have on Nike shoes. It�s really amazing. Okay. Well, that sounds exactly like what I need and the cellphone is always a big part of my life but it�s always been an issue with the hearing aids. So, being able to drive hands-free, sitting with the hearing aid without having any trouble, that sounds great. That�s going to be exactly what I�m looking for. I think you�ll do really well with these. These are very nice pieces of equipment. And, they sound so much more clear. I think I�m able to adjust to these a lot more quickly. It sounds more natural. So, if it can do all those things and it sounds like it is right now, I�m going to be very happy. Oh yeah, this is a very solid manufacturer. They have very high quality equipment.
