Boy on Trial for Killing Neo-Nazi Father

a ten-year-old child by the name outside joseph hall who is being tried for murdering his father now his father is uh... neo nazi and two years ago jeffhall was laying on his couch when his ten-year-old son joseph grabbed a gun and shot and and and killed him uh... cell the mother called nine one one the boy was immediately are rusted and was impressed indeed and the trial to start now spend a lot of questions are coming up about child abuse because his father was uh... the west coast leader of the national socialist movement uh... he was a very very active member of the neo nazi community and you know i it turns out that some psychologists say that the boys suffer from psychological issues uh... he was uh... someone physically abused his f_ lee psychologically abused they say of this father didactic and then uh... in the butt literally and you know used some storms of physical punishment savings bank the night before right and so some say have the virulent racism really returns came out of parental abuse this was some people are finding uh... in a trial this was a such a must might not know the difference between right and wrong was interesting and that such talks of listen to it so if you have people preaching this type of violence in haiti would you be surprised if this happened is k dot brainwashed right into thinking that this is acceptable behavior i think that's their best argument to say hey you know there is fear i did wrong cas his father kept issue molly says overall and look the nazis killed thirteen million civilians abt seven of those on the right guys that he wasn't really a civilian well you know one could argue um... i come now know the last uh... i would not accept any of those excuses and so it's an interesting question but it was the judge showed up with some major and week we had a set the right precedent here and it does mean you put them away for life it doesn't mean you try and as an adult male uh... but uh... i'll i'd would put him in in juvenile detention until they just twenty three witches s farsi can go in this state birthday right and uh... i mean that that would even though it's not like behind bars it would usually destroyed the rest of his life not looking to make that argument but no other argument is whether we need this rumor that guy or not you know and obviously we massively nuisances a neo-nazi busy right kill 'em i think it was his ten-year-old kid right but at the same time we can't have ten-year-old kids shooting it as an official letter with a i don't know what is it that everytime akin does something as hideous is this the two options are you and our free every put them behind bars how about some sort of psychological treatment right for as a special legacy that certain period of time and as soon as met and mental health professionals have deemed head you know safer society we allow him to be part of society i don't like the idea to say we're gonna talk soon to juvenile hall father got for custody of him so he came from a terrible you know childhood terrible household and he's never been taught the difference between right or wrong he needs the psychological treatment what i know is that when you put kids into the juvenile detention center what happens is they become hardened criminals and i know at this point he's already inviolate individual so i'm not trying to make excuses for him but i don't think putting him in a juvenile detention center is going to help you're a good case if you saw a mass movement i can a ten-year-old shooting his father and and joanna
