Well hydration during the whole part of pregnancy is important and some
people give an absolute amount that people should drink and I think more
modern thought is drink when you are thirsty and be thoughtful about
what your drinking. This day and age we're seeing lots of people
drinking Cokes and Sodas and that sort of thing-the ones that are not
diet are full of sugar. And too much sugar is not a good thing during
pregnancy. So selecting appropriate beverages to drink, water is the
most appropriate one. Caffine containing drinks in moderation most
people think are safe. Sugar containing drinks we try to encourage
people not to take.
