Satori Updates & The Future of Graphic Design!?
Todays video is a kind of update to what’s going on here at Satori Graphics. I have that subscription based website launching next month, and so I am working hard day in day out, getting it prepared and ready. There will be a lot of in-depth courses on there for you to watch and learn useful and essential graphic design skills. There is also going to be a lot of vector downloads and much much more for you on there as well. I am really appreciative of the growth here at Satori Graphics, and I love seeing all of the comments that my videos do in fact help others. The community here is awesome and I am very happy with how things are going with the channel as a whole. The other half of todays video relates to graphic design in the future, or if graphic design even has a future? It is just an open ended video, asking you guys what your opinions are on the matter. Do you think that graphic design has no future, and that robots and machines will eventually take over all creative workflow and responsibility? It is a serious question that I feel we need to ask, because with each passing month, machines an robots are taking more jobs away from humans, and this is only projected to increase with time. what is that people welcome back to Satori graphics the home of graphic
design content right here on YouTube so today just some quick updates what's
going on here at my channel and also at the event of the video I'm gonna ask you
guys a question in relation to graphic design in the future so this month the
month of June I'm actually finishing up by subscription website where you're
gonna find the courses and also vector downloads for a monthly or an annual fee
but you're gonna have access to in-depth courses that go into things like master
classes of pen tool there's gonna be beginner intermediate and advanced
courses on there there's gonna be heaps and heaps of vector downloads as well
and also fonts and other things too so a lot of my time is getting taking up this
month on getting that completed and polished perfect for that launch on July
the 1st with that being said I have less time to work on my youtube channel this
month however I'm still gonna bring at least three videos for you guys per week
and I did promise I'm gonna bring a short video every single Wednesday and
that's gonna continue back in July when she lied does swing around I'm gonna
have a lot more time to get back on track with four or five videos per week
for you guys here at cetera graphics the growth here is tutorial graphics and the
engagement you guys is really really awesome and the fact that I'm helping
you all with your graphic design skills careers and talents I know it strikes a
chord deep within when I read a comment of how I've helped someone with our
problems of graphic design or inspired someone to make something halfway around
the world yeah that means a lot to me and I want to keep pushing with growing
this channel and you know building this community here at Satori graphics and I
keep saying there's gonna be a big giveaway at a 50,000 subscriber mic I've
already done two major giveaways on this channel stay tuned for that when I hit
fifty thousand subscribers but yeah the question I have for you guys today is
relating to graphic design in the future now it's common knowledge that we're
robots or machines are actually taking over many jobs in different sectors of
industry for example if you're going to a supermarket you know you see many
people checking out their own food their M items by themselves through a machine
and it's no secret Danny in the next 20 years up to around 30 to 40 percent of
jobs that we see today done by humans are actually gonna be done by machines
or robots now what do you think about this do you think that graphic design is
gonna be safe from this clients and custom
are gonna want a design made by human I'm not by a robot what do you think AI
doesn't have the power or the ability to get to a point where it can actually
create a logo from scratch for a client according to the brief do you think that
we're gonna have problems in the future as graphic designers for this reason
alone that robots and AI are progressing at a fast pace do you think print media
is going to be abolished and it's going to be useless in the future for example
maybe us graphic designers running the work on motion graphics or things like
holographic AdWords this imagine that imagine a hologram there's actually a
design made by someone as an advert that's quite interesting to think about
but yeah technology is actually moving at a huge rapid pace and it's actually
growing exponentially so is there gonna be a ceiling where it kind of caps off
or is it gonna keep growing around growing let me know in the conversation
