JACOB SOBOROFF: Hey it's Jacob.
Today we've got British villains and exploding co-eds.
[SCREAMS]
TERRY CREWS: There were singing vegetables!
JACOB SOBOROFF: This is YouTube Nation.
It's finally here.
This Sunday, the Hawks and Broncos
will tear up the gridiron for four quarters of pigskin
to see who will hoist the Lombardi.
If that made no sense to you at all, watch this video.
Fraser Davidson wrote, he directed, he animated this.
It covers the entire sport in less than three minutes.
MALE SPEAKER: Each Sunday from September to February,
the great cities of America send forth their champions,
teams named in honor of fierce creatures, mythical deities,
local industries, and occasionally,
antiquated racial slurs, all for the control
of 100 yards of freshly-cut American astro-turf,
where each blade of grass stands for freedom.
JACOB SOBOROFF: Some people get together for the game.
Some people just like to watch the commercials.
And you don't even have to wait.
They're here right now.
Some of these advertisers are paying almost $4 million
for a 30 second spot.
BEN KINGSLEY: Have you ever noticed
how in Hollywood movies, all the villains are played by Brits?
MARK STRONG: Maybe we just sound right.
TOM HIDDLESTON: More precise.
MARK STRONG: We're always one step ahead.
TOM HIDDLESTON: And we're obsessed by power.
JACOB SOBOROFF: If you want to see the ads that everybody's
talking about, we put a playlist together for you
right after the show.
And go to YouTube.com/AdBlitz and you can vote
for your favorite.
CARLY: Paramore's new album hit number one in eight countries.
And the video for their song, "Ain't It Fun,"
is shattering a whole lot of records.
Literally.
Destroying the most vinyl records in a minute
is just one of 10 World Records they
break on the way to their ultimate goal--
most world records broken in a music video.
[MUSIC - PARAMORE, "AIN'T IT FUN"]
This was one of most-shared videos of today.
And I personally will always be indebted to Paramore
for helping me get through some real hard teen breakups.
Most tears cried to a Paramore song, I'm not proud of that.
JACOB SOBOROFF: A beautiful sunny day at the beach
is the perfect time to skip school, right?
Wrong.
This shocking PSA might make you reconsider.
Two Australian filmmakers just released this.
It got over 2 million views in one day.
And you're about to see why.
[EXPLOSION]
[SCREAMS]
Stay in school, kids.
LIZZIE: It's Friday, everybody.
Which means tonight, I'll probably
be draining a box of wine and binge watching "Scandal."
Thankfully, Akilah Hughs, aka Smoothiefreak,
is a kindred spirit.
Her newest video really captures the essence
of a 20 something's Friday.
[MUSIC_-_AHA,_"TAKE_ON_ME"]
Akilah, you have inspired me.
Tonight, I'm going to step it up and break out the onesie.
JACOB SOBOROFF: This video just came out.
And the story is so extraordinary,
I honestly didn't even believe it was real at first.
Samantha Futerman was adopted when she was three months old.
She didn't know if she had any living blood relatives.
Then this happened.
SAMANTHA FUTERMAN: I got a message on Facebook
from a girl in London.
It said she had seen me in a YouTube video.
And then after looking my name up online,
said that we were both adopted and born
on the same day in the same city.
When I saw her profile, it was crazy.
She looked just like me.
JACOB SOBOROFF: They started talking regularly on Skype.
And then eventually, they decided to meet in person.
And they filmed the whole adventure.
FEMALE SPEAKER: Samantha and Anais.
Are you ready for this information?
Because you know, it's a very life-changing thing,
whether you're twins or not.
So you're both ready?
JACOB SOBOROFF: They get a KickStarter
going to finish the documentary.
We'll put a link in the description.
And if you want to know how the story ends,
consider giving them a donation.
NARRATOR: Stump Earnest!
JACOB SOBOROFF: OK, Earnest.
Today's challenger says, "My friend showed me
a video where a giant hand comes out of a baby's mouth.
Can you find a video that's more weird than that?"
EARNEST: I'm so glad you asked.
Enjoy the ride.
[DUBSTEP PLAYING]
EARNEST: Kanashiipanda spent six months animating this.
And nearly 2 million people have basked in its glow
since November.
Boom.
JACOB SOBOROFF: If you think you can bring down the champ,
drop your challenge at the hashtag #stumpearnest.
That's the week, my friends.
Paul Dante's going to be here on Monday
because I am going to the Super Bowl.
Until then, links are below.
Playlists are about to pop up.
And whoa, the Subscribe button is popping out.
Push it back in, push it back in.
Now play us out, Invader Invader.
