Hi. My name is Leslie Phillips and I’m supporting Claudia Wright. I’ve been fighting Jim Matheson
for a long time on health care and I was very disappointed in his vote and I’m very excited
to have an alternative in Claudia Wright. I’m excited to vote for someone who has
been working in public service and a teacher for so long. I’m very excited to vote for
her because I believe she is representative of the grass roots, back-to- the-people politics
that we absolutely need in the state of Utah.
Interviewer: Have you seen a lot of support here to day?
Yes, I have. I’ve been very pleased and I’ve seen the numbers of people.
Interviewer: There are a lot of people here!
I’ve seen the numbers of people and I believe that’s directly because of Claudia and because
of how upset people are with Jim Matheson.
