Hey everyone, it's Lunden and this week I have for you a total body, totally
effective Seven-Minute Workout!
So, for those of you that say you don't have time to work out, this completely
eliminates that excuse. And, this workout was even talked about
by The New York Times and the Greatist this week, so it is a really effective
workout and it's gonna completely make you sweat! For this workout what you'll need
it yourself. You'll need a chair, or a bench if you're at the gym, or a park
bench if you're at the park. And then for one of the exercises - the wall sit - you'll need
a wall or a pillar or a tree or something that will support you back to lean up against.
Okay, so this workout is twelve exercises and each of the exercises is
performed for thirty seconds, with ten seconds of rest in-between, before going to
the next exercise. Ok, so the exercises are: jumping jacks,
wall sit,
push-ups,
crunches,
step ups,
squats,
triceps dips,
elbow plank,
running high knees,
lunges,
push-up to a side plank twist,
and then a side elbow plank.
All right, so there you have your Seven-Minute Workout! So, PLEASE don't tell me you don't
have time anymore! Because this workout will give you seven minutes, guaranteed sweaty
session! So that way
you can squeeze this in in the morning, or in the middle of your day, or during a break from
work if you have time. AND...
No excuses not to work out!
