Phyllo Rolls Stuffed with Curried Peanut Chicken Recipe

Hey Guys I am Alejandra and I am Caroline and today we are making Phyllo Rolls stuffed with curried peanut chicken.. It is a great kind of holiday appetizer, sort of inspired by my favorite appetizer when I was growing up and my mom had a party.. This one has a little Peanut Butter in it.. Even better!.. So starting of with a little bit of chicken, these are some chicken *** I cooked in the oven and cut..We are also gonna do some softened cream cheese..It helps bind it all together.. Exactly..Just keep mixing up the cream cheese & cooked chicken.. Add a little bit of milk to this, just a few tablespoons..Now we are gonna flavor this puppy up..A little bit of garlic powder and a little bit of curry powder and then we have some chopped scallions..This is the whole scallions?.. The whole thing..Little bit of lemon to brighten that up a bit..And now we have some peanut butter.. so for this amazing Smooth Operator, cause it is going to be a nice creamy filling..Just stir that in..Big flavors..This is our filling..We have got package of Phyllo..You just wanna unroll it and you wanna cut it into about 10 x 6..And then what you wanna do very very important get a paper towel just a little damp..This will keep your phyllo from drying out...So just brush the entire sheet of Phyllo with a little bit of butter..Take a spoonful of this, and fill it at the end and then roll it up..Just line up your baking sheet with some parchment paper, so it doesnt stick to it..And now we just repeat with the rest of the filling..This is a great party recipe, you can make it days in advance and just freeze it..Keep going..I just wanna brush these with a little bit of butter..So I am gonna pop these into the oven.. I am gonna make a dipping sauce to.. Honey and a little bit of chilly..So this is a little ground cayenne..Just whisk that together..So you wanna try one of these..Tasty..so there you have it Phyllo Rolls with curried peanut butter chicken..Have you ever used Peanut Butter in a savory recipe..
