From the thirteen years experience that I have working for Helzberg Diamonds I have seen a continual increase in my income and my quality of life. We've been in business since 1915. We're owned by Warren Buffett, so the stability is very sound. At Helzberg diamonds we get to celebrate the most important moment in peoples lives. I know your's is real classic, contemporary, but this has a little more vintage to it. The retail experience of Helzberg is very different. Here, it's about connecting with somebody. My favorite part of the job is to be able to put a smile on someone's face. To be able to make a difference in someone's life by helping them to get that perfect piece. This one is amazing, this one right here is really a nice looking watch. I have built very strong relationships interacting with an awesome staff that I've matured and grown with. There is a level of ethics that we have with our customers. And then there is the level of ethics that we have with the company and with our associates and both of those are very strong. We feel that our customers are very intelligent. What we can't afford to lose is one shred of our integrity. We are truly noticeably different in the marketplace. We focus our attention on our lines of jewelry. We have limited edition pieces that we make 2,000 and then we break the mold. We have our Helzberg Diamonds Masterpiece, bar none no one can compare. We have a phenomenal diamond room, which our clients absolutely love. We have wonderful equipment. You are going to love that, it is absolutely gorgeous. You get to have that one on one experience. You can go into management and you can go into sales. As a Store Manager you are really involved in the selling process. You are involved in developing the people that work for you and helping them get what they want. It just depends on what is important to you and what you enjoy the most. It's a company where you can go as far as you want, but you got to put some work into it. And you will be rewarded for what you accomplish. At Helzberg Diamonds we are not just out there to sell you a piece of jewelry. This is going to be a long term relationship with us. We are going to send you a thank you card. We are going to remember your anniversary. And we want you to come in so we can service the piece that you purchased from us. We have a phenomenal compensation plan. We offer a very competitive base, but you have the ability to earn a lot of additional income based on performance. One of the really exciting things about our job is we all look forward to going to our Awards Club. And I have been very fortunate to be in the top ten for the last 14 years of the company.
