The city of Glasgow has a wonderful character and the people are so friendly. My students are always telling me if they ever get lost a local person will not just tell them where to go, the local person will actually a local person will not just tell them where to go, the local person will actually take them and say "Come with me, I'll show you" and they will take them to where you're going. So local people are extremely friendly and always have time for you. It's also a very ancient city. There's beautiful architecture and buildings. It's also a very ancient city. It's also very near the mountains and lakes if you want to get out of the city as well.
