Hi I'm Ramona Braganza, creator of the 321 Training Method. A workout I designed for
my celebrity clients, to get them camera ready while filming on location. I've worked with
some of the top bodies in Hollywood, such as Halle Berry, Kate Beckinsale, and Scarlet
Johansson, to get them into their cat suit close ups. And now it's your turn to learn
their secrets. Along with television personality, Reiko Mackenzie, and fitness model, Ami Mills,
we will take you through a time-saving, total body blast, that will get you ready for your
red carpet moment. In Level 2, the focus of building muscle tissue and burning fat continues,
but let's face it - sometimes you don't have an hour to devote to your workout. So I introduce
compound exercises. By training two body parts at one time you can get a time saving, total
body blast, in less than 45 minutes. In level 2 you will have the option of two full total
body workouts. It's important to challenge the muscles, by performing different exercises
weekly. So one of the days, you will follow Reiko, who will be demonstrating option one.
And a second day you will follow Ami, who will be demonstrating option two. This way
you can ensure you won't hit a plateau with your training. With the two super sculpting
circuits, we now take it up a notch to challenge your balance and core stability, while still
sculpting those muscles. Not only will you be including compound exercises, but I will
introduce you to unilateral training. This is a technique athletes often use that has
you training one side of the body at a time, forcing you to use your deep stabilizing muscles,
