Hi! I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee, and we're
here today with Expert Village. Our topic of how to overcome fear, will probably be
most useful to you if you can actually know what to do about it. The first time, I talked
about how to identify fear. Next, I want the person, you, to admit that you actually have
fear. Many people say I don't have fear, nothing bothers me, but it clearly does bother them
because of the different ways that they react to different subjects and different things
like going to the dentist, being in high places, being in closed places. There's just many,
many different kinds of fear. We're going to talk in a general term. Just admit it.
Don't deny it in any way or any shape. Just admit that you have fear, and then look at
it. Make a decision that you're going to do something about it. You have the power. You
have the power to overcome fear. I'm going to continue giving you the different steps,
a couple little techniques, to take care of so you can overcome fear.
