My names Mark, I am the licensee of the Ring o' Bells in Marple and I have come in here
to speak about the role of Simon in his role and as an employee of the Ring o' Bells. Simon
has been with us for 2 years and is a very important member of the team and has settled
in wonderfully. His job is basically a kitchen assistant which is an important role within
the kitchen. Hello, my name is Simon and I work at the
Ring o' bells and I really enjoy it here, its brilliant. What jobs do you do? I wash
up the pots, I peel the potatoes and the carrots, I sort out all the cardboard boxes in the
store room, every 6 months we clear out the kitchen and I clean all the shelves and dry
them, I do a bit in the garden in the summer pulling out all the weeds and I sweep and mop up the floor and empty all the bins
and I put new bags on the bins and sweep up the store rooms.
Sounds to me like you are a very useful guy to have around.
Yeah. Simon is very willing and very conscientious
in his job and his role is a very important job within the kitchen as with this role if
not functioning it will bring the kitchen to a hold so it is a very important part of
our team that simon fulfils his duties which he does brilliantly. We are very happy with
Simon and Im sure he loves working at Ring o' Bells. I would recommend pure employment
services as because is a very important call that employers recognise the ability that
people bring forward and I'm sure its very successful.
