So, what was this week's story? let's get back to the year 1637
A boy called: Michiel Adriaanszoon De Ruyter was born.
This Dutch boy lived in the city of Vlissingen
The most important port of the Dutch Republic
Yes, this week's story goes about an admiral
who is remembered even now
Michiel De Ruyter is one of the best admirals in the history
of earth
I mean, he totally *** up the British...
But when he died, the whole country was sad
Because of his work in the battles against the British
those battles made him the national hero
And his is still nowadays, the national hero
He was burried in the church where the rest of the Dutch Royal Familiy is born now aswel.
But let gets to the facts:
De Ruyter had a lot of offsprings
But he doesn't only have that much familiy
He also had the following things:
His own selfie(with duckface!), his own statue
His own bill, even his own glass, his own remake
his own chocolat company, his own strip
His own ship
His own sss..ss statue.. (sorry for that) And much more
what is this Admiral really?
what makes him special? well, this.
Yes, his tactics were absurd for that time
He commanded his own ship with flags
Every flag had a specific order
And the British ships did not know what they meant
And were like DAFUQ? Not ownly his flags,
But also his way of planning his tactics were very special
Well, he was the first guy of the Netherlands who
through surrounding the enemy, was a good idea
Wow Holland, after all those wars?
So actually, the British were beaten
By the Dutch people
COMING TOMORROW
