Walt Disney was a storyteller and my story with you is simple: I love travel agents, and even when I leave Disney, this day will come, I will follow my dreams but travel agents will always be in my heart because I owe you so much. I love you and I come here with pleasure to talk to special people like you. Over my 20 years in this business, I realized many professionals did not get the value you guys have. I have seen how badly some professionals in our industry has treated you, and I am talking about all levels up to executives. It is a pity, it is a shame they do not recognize you pay their salaries. It is a real shame. I want you to know that I am grateful to you and I owe my sucess and being here today to you. I would stay here the whole day, but having just 40 minutes means I will be back soon with more... if during my speech, my conviction of something was so strong that could somehow "harm" you, I really had no intention at all. My goal is to help people grow, go to the next level. I am eternally grateful to travel agents. ...and remember about "enthusiasm".
