Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make
a variety of tiny tarts. Now that we have all of our tarts filled with our delicious
filling both the chocolate brownie nuts and the cranberry nut filling, it's time to put
them in the oven. We are going to put them in the oven at 325 degrees and we are going
to let them bake for about 25-30 minutes. Now because the muffin tins are so small we
can put both them on the same level. What you really want to do in order for them to
cook at the same rate you also want to make sure that they are in the center of the oven
on the shelf rather than up too high or too low. Where the top or the bottom is going
to get more of the heat we are going to cook for 25-30 minutes as I mentioned. You want
to make sure to keep an eye on them really the last 5 minutes or so of cooking. Depending
on how hot or cool your oven runs it's going to take different amounts of time, so you
want to give yourself a little bit of lee way to make sure that they don't brown too
quickly. And that you don't end up with burnt tartlets, so we are going to let this cook
for about 25 minutes then we'll come back.
