ACTION BRONSON: Right now we're at Roberta's Block Party in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Ray-Ban Envision series with me in my Action Bronson food truck. It's like [INAUDIBLE]. I should perform right here. -Pose for our camera. ACTION BRONSON: Put some music on, man. What's up? All right, listen, all I'm doing right now is making a mayonnaise. I'm sorry. It's not really that exciting. ANTHONY FALCO: I'm at Roberta's, and we've been here doing this for five plus years. In the early days, these parties were not packed full of people all the time. It was like we needed people to come out here. So 2009 is the year of the first block party. We told everyone Top Quality was playing. Nobody really believed us until it finally happened. It was right here in this garage, right onto the street. It was pretty amazing. BRANDON HOY: We really wanted give back to the neighborhood. So the first few years it was really about the people who were supporting us from this neighborhood, giving back to them. A free summer party for everybody who doesn't get to leave New York. And so you get to come get wet, and there's bands, and we give away free stuff. ANTHONY FALCO: The main thing this year is going to be Action Bronson performing as our headliner, and then cooking in a food truck. ACTION BRONSON: Making that green sauce that he ran out of for the chicken, for the potatoes-- dill, parsley. Yep. The dishes that I made today, the chicken from friends. The aioli is something special. I learned that from a friend chef that I worked with. The lamb burger is something that I came up with. I'm sure a lot of people do variations of it, but this is my version. Lamb burger. Get that! Get that! Get that! Hey, yo! Share that! Share that! Turned out to be a nice day so far.
