Hello everyone, I am Johan from Sweden. I lived in Singapore for 6 months.
I learned Conversational Mandarin at Yi Mandarin. I was a private student and completed till level 6 of Conversational Mandarin level with the school.
As a private student, I can choose my own schedule and venue
My lessons were conducted for about once per week for 2 hours.
During the lesson my trainer, Ms. Zheng taught me the proper usage of Conversational Mandarin phrases.
We also discussed about China and Singapore cultures, daily habits, traffic and vacation.
Every week, she will ask me to do homework such as writting essays on current affairs and short stories.
I am happy with my experience with Yi Mandarin. Ms Zheng is a very patience and experience in teaching Mandarin.
When I encountered difficult words, she was patience to explain it and my Mandarin improved tremendously.
With that, my oral, listening and writting skill improved tremendously. I thanks Ms. Zheng for teaching me Mandarin and I wish every a happy new year!
