in Gilbert Arizona, located north of Elliot Road with Higley Groves on the east side of
Higley Road and Higley Groves West on the west side. Higley Groves is unlike any other
neighborhood in the Phoenix east valley. White fences surround the neighborhood with several
large grassy play areas, beautifully sculpted parks dot the area with walking paths including
the Gilbert trail system. We have tree-lined streets and of course beautiful spacious homes.
In the middle of Higley Groves is the Highland Park Elementary School. Let's go for a drive
shall we? Enjoy the ride through Higley Groves first, then we'll hop over to Higley Groves
West. Higley Groves West offers larger homes and larger lots, take a look! Just a short
walk or bike ride down the Gilbert trail system leads you to the Riparian Preserve at Water
Ranch. With several small lakes, the preserve it's full of ducks, other birds and fish,
and even an observatory. It's a great escape in the middle of the desert for wildlife and
humans alike.\par }
