Illegal drug dealing with the help of Visa I live in Panama. I am 72 years of age I went to a well known doctor in Panama who has been operating here since 2006 I went to see him, and he presented me with illegal drugs that nearly killed me I paid this doctor $8000.00 for my drugs I went there initially, because I needed testosterone. My testosterone level was very low. I'd been to many other doctors in Panama and I was recommended this doctor because he'd been here since 2006, and everybody thought he was qualified He told me it would improve my well-being and this was a 3 month supply and that I could even take them to America with me And he gave me my prescription, and I found and now it's completely illegal to to move these drugs anywhere or even to sell them I later learned this man does not have a license to practice In Panama and anywhere in the world he is a complete fake an absolutely brilliant liar he practices without a license that is required legally in panama the law will give you up to 2 to five years through doing this his way I'd also like to confirm that any doctor you want to see in Panama, you have no way of proving if he is registered or not It took me 5 months to prove that this doctor was not registered I paid for these drugs using my Visa card and I thought that I was basically safe because somebody with a Visa card, you you automatically think he's been vetted and you can get your money returned but Visa refused to pay me; refused to give me my money back dismissed me. understanding the credit card company had not been behind him I would never even have considered paying this money out So I feel that I've been duped by the company itself allowing me to get drugs from a drug dealer and it's about time they were stopped. I'm concerned. The reason this concerns me, that if we didn't have Visa and these credit companies going into these people to make sure they had no rights to sell toxic drugs we may stop all these problems that are going on in the world people dying people becoming ill with the help of finance from Visa. I have had to take my own private prosecution against this "mister" I mustn't say his name I'm told and the Government of Panama has done nothing to help me I've been to the Drug Administration I've been to the police I've been I've written to Martinelli, the Prime Minister... the President, sorry. and many other people with no help from anybody I am getting a bit of help from and getting a bit of help from outsiders, in other countries but it's about time people to attention and let's bring Visa, and these other companies down that misuse, and miss-sell themselves I am concerned about retaliation against me for saying this out in public but they should not be retaliating, they should be doing something to help to stop this practice anybody that wants more information about the way I've been treated, I have a blog and it is printed below please contact me, and I'm prepared to help but I need help myself please pay attention, some reporter or some country or somebody This has got to be stopped thank you
