And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance
Morning is the beginning of the day
They keep asking Allah to help them worshipping HIM sucessfully as He orders
Evening is the end of the day
The seek forgiveness for their default in their worship before
Their life is between asking Allah to guide them to worship HIM
And between asking forgiveness from Allah for what they defaulted in
The wise human should read prophet Mohammed's life that explains the Quran
And we all should Know that our sins are the heaviest load over our shoulders
Therefore he should seek for any deeds he may think can remove his sins
Imam Bukhari narrates that a man came to Ibn Abbas (Prophet's Mohammed cousin) and said (Alas cousin of Prophet Mohammed: I engaged a woman but she refused and accepted another man
So, I got jealous and killed her
Can I repent
Ibn Abbas said: Is your mother alive?
The man replied: No !
Then Ibn Abbas said: Repent to Allah
Ask forgiveness from Allah very much
and approach to Allah by the good deeds as much as you can
When the man left, one of Ibn Abbas student's asked Ibn Abbas
"Alas prophet Mohammed's cousin, Why have you asked the man about his mother's life? "
Ibn Abbas replied: " By God, I don't know any good deed that is closer to Allah than the kind treatments toward the mother.
Ibn Abbas replied: " By God, I don't know any good deed that is closer to Allah than the kind treatments toward the mother.
The main lesson here is that there are simple deeds that people neglect
Although they know about their default with Allah and gained a lot of sins
But they neglect that Allah opened widely the doors for repentance
and allowed HIS servants to repent
By such Hadith there is a demonstration on how our sins can be removed
It is one of many Hadiths that explain how the muslim must endeavor to remove his sins
Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to Muadh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him), “Shall I not guide you towards the means of goodness?
Fasting is a shield; charity wipes away sin as water extinguishes fire; and the praying of a man in the depths of the night.” .
Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited: “[Those] who forsake their beds, to invoke their Lord in fear and hope,
and they spend (charity in Allah’s cause) out of what We have bestowed on them. No person knows what is kept hidden for them of joy as a reward for what they used to do.” [as-Sajdah, 16-17]
Allah said: And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance.
And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life,
and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect.
Minimizing our Invocation of Allah is the main reason of every default in worshipping Allah
Allah said: Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."
The one who definitely beleives that he will meet Allah; he shall increase his Invocation of Allah
In AlHadith Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
"Keep your tongue wet with the remembrance of Allah."
