How to Export Items from Scout into Refworks

To export an item from Scout into RefWorks,
click on "export to RefWorks."
Save the export file to your computer.
Once you've saved the file, login to RefWorks.
From the "references" menu, select "import."
From the "database" drop down menu, select "Dialog"
Then click "browse" to find and select the export file from Scout.
Click "import" to import the reference.
The item from Scout will now appear in your list of RefWorks references.
