'wichcraft Presents - Marinated white anchovies

In the restaurant business, we say we sort of live and die by regulars. and the same thing extends through to 'wichcraft and we have some fans that are just, you know, great fans, we see them several times a week. But what's interesting is that each of them are attached to one specific sandwich. Hi I'm Tracey and I'm Tamara were at 'wichcraft and we're enjoying our Monday anchovy sandwich. we were seeking out a good lunch and tried many different places and finally came to the anchovy sandwich 'wichcraft. It's the combination of egg and the very salty anchovy and the lettuce is always just perfect and not too toasty because then it would crumble. But a little toasty so it doesn't all get soggy and fall apart, it's just the perfect combination. When they took the anchovy sandwich off the menu we got a lot of correspondence. What is going on? We wrote emails, (Tracey :We screamed at Jeffery) we wrote letters, we petitions, we bribed. All of a sudden, one Monday there we were wondering what to do with ourselves and there it was. So we had to cancel what ever it was we ordered and said get us that anchovy sandwich. You know there is a lot of stuff going on in life, you know, (yes) and it's nice to have that one constant. (laughter)
